What is FaithWORKS? FaithWORKS is a collaborative ministry of pastors and congregational leaders from the Redding, Anderson-Cottonwood, and the Inter-Mountain area ministerial associations in Shasta County who guide our program in its outreach to both clients and volunteers. Every faith community is invited to participate in our work.
Our Vision: That every person in Shasta County would have the encouragement and opportunity to realize their God-given potential to become a productive and service oriented person.
Our Mission & Purpose: The FaithWORKS coalition serves Shasta County churches, synagogues, and other faith-based organizations, providing access to enabling resources for unemployed and underemployed people to become productive and service oriented citizens.
Our Goal: To equip and provide the service, training and resource access to as many as possible Shasta County churches and faith-based entities serving the unemployed and underemployed by the year 2001.
